My husband sometimes doesn't even untie his shoes to begin with, so all he really has to do to put them back on is tug on them. On the other end of the spectrum, I had a friend in late high school/early college who had authentic aviator boots and they took several minutes to lace up and tie, which drove me completely nuts. Mindy Kaling had a really good interview on the Daily Show about her book a couple of months ago. I don't remember The Office coming up all that much in the interview, but I was definitely interested in the book afterward. Glad to hear it's good! I would say it depends on the guy.
