I know we’ve entered the period for Democratic nominations, but I’d like to offer a (nearly) full ballot.

Christopher Chant in his position as Chrestomanci has long experience overseeing regulations for multiple worlds. He has a history of being hands on in investigating those who put themselves before the welfare of the group, but also has supervised a staff. He is attractive and charming and has a lovely family, including a powerful wife who is capable of supporting him professionally but chooses what many see as the traditional woman's roles as mate and mother. He also has a couple of lives left, which he will probably need just to get elected in the U.S.. Why he has not been drafted by the Democrats before this is a mystery. I don't know why I think Joe Willard (of Betsy-Tacy fame) would be a Republican, but I do. He's a hard worker and a successful senior class president, so I'd like to nominate him. I have concerns about Mr. Plumbean as a candidate. He's not a mover and shaker, despite the zeal with which he decorates his house - you'll notice that he does all of this *after* the seagull drops the paint.
