  3. Hooray! There are so many deserving books here. CHARLOTTE’S WEB would surely have won if this great award had existed at the time. Are these the first annual? I hope they will continue. While I also really like WTF, ALA? I vote for Mind the Gap since it’s more Horn Bookish and kidlit general, and less YA.

  5. Sadly disappointed that Fault in Our Stars, Wonder (Palacio) and Z is for Zoo did not make the list. These were all at the top of my list when booktalking.
