| Creating an
EPS ad file from a Quark page
1. Under the File
menu, choose Save Page as EPS...
2. If you are asked whether to
download fonts, say Yes.
3. In Save Page as EPS dialog
box, choose the following options:
• Save page as: File name should
end in “.eps”
• Format: B&W
• Preview: TIFF
• Data: Binary (default)
• OPI: Include Images (default)
4. Open EPS file in Illustrator
and save fonts as outlines.
• Under the Select menu, choose
All
• Underthe Type menu, choose
Create Outlines
• Save file as Illustrator EPS
(Illustrator 8.0-compatable or lower) and be sure the name
still ends in “.eps”
