Roger Sutton has been the editor in chief of The Horn Book, Inc, since 1996. He was previously editor of The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books and a children's and young adult librarian.     Yes, Sam, I am indeed wearing my treasured Year of Billy Miller cap! The ceiling lights in the room where the conference was held hit my eyes at the exact angle that tends to give me an instant migraine. So I wore my hat, proudly and (since Kevin was there) aptly.

    And Sam, you can borrow it anytime…
