Owl Moon takes flight again

Editor Patti Gauch has asked me to tell you all about an upcoming event. On October 16th, Patti, along with Heidi Stemple, Judy Schoenherr, and Nanette Stevenson will discuss with Jane Yolen her durable 1987 picture book Owl Moon. Patti was the editor, Heidi the inspiration, Judy the widow of the illustrator, and Nanette the designer. Sounds like a team! Part of Manhattanville College's Distinguished Lecture series, the panel will meet at 4:20 PM (shaddup) in the West Room of Reid Castle on the College's campus in Purchase, N.Y.
