Today, judge Shoshana Flax introduces the 2021 BGHB Nonfiction Winner From a Whisper to a Rallying Cry: The Killing of Vincent Chin and the Trial That Galvanized the Asian American Movement:

 

The 2021 Boston Globe–Horn Book Award for Nonfiction is presented to Paula Yoo for From a Whisper to a Rallying Cry: The Killing of Vincent Chin and the Trial That Galvanized the Asian American Movement published by Norton Young Readers.
