Roger Sutton has been the editor in chief of The Horn Book, Inc, since 1996. He was previously editor of The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books and a children's and young adult librarian.     Now, HOW can I not desire the whole on a long, long summer evening?

    I am getting more and more DEPRESSED about the subject of the founding of our nation the more I read adult books about it, although Geo. Washington is a lot more interesting to me now than I used to think he was….and A. Hamilton as well…those are positives…I guess.
