Judging a Book By Its Title
I wonder if the legendary Making It With Mademoiselle (a crafts book from that magazine) will be joined by Janet Evanovich's latest in the annals of books banned by mistake.

My favorite mishap was not banned, merely pulled, but it was the Disney publication entitled, "Cooking with Pooh" with the hilarious tagline of "with adorable pictures of pooh on nearly every page". It actually made it to publication and then was pulled. (I hear it's selling on ebay for over $200.)
