We are thrilled — yes, thrilled — to announce the (re)launch of The Horn Book Guide, begun in 1990 as a semiannual print publication. It's been through a few iterations (anyone remember the CD-ROMs?) and we are happy to give its latest a home here. Please go over and poke around. Current Guide subscribers, you are all set for full access to the site and should have in your email instructions on signing in. I would like to thank the many people who worked hard to bring this new site to you, especially Katrina Hedeen and Cindy Ritter, our Guide Goddesses.

Editor Emeritus Roger Sutton was editor in chief of The Horn Book, Inc., from 1996-2021. He was previously editor of The Bulletin of the Center for Children's Books and a children's and young adult librarian. He received his MA in library science from the University of Chicago in 1982 and a BA from Pitzer College in 1978.
